Robert F. Small Jr., Chief of Police

I am proud to serve the Town of Rochester as Chief of Police.

I have been a member of the department since 1998. The town has grown significantly over the years and so have the roles and responsibilities of our police officers.

We strive to help maintain the unique character of Rochester, while expanding our professional capabilities. It is truly a tight knit community where people support traditional values.

The men and women of the Rochester Police Department are committed to delivering exceptional service to everyone in our community.
